Before initiating this service, please note the following:

  • At least one Security Warning may be displayed asking if you “Trust” the source of the remote access program. Please answer “Yes”.

  • Note that, when connected, the operator will be able to see everything on your screen, so you should minimise or close any window that you do not want us to view.
